We sell humour-driven, personality-packed apparel and gifts — designed in Australia, printed in the USA. Our range includes dog breed tees, tradie-inspired designs, and a Shop by Breed collection for dog lovers. We also offer a fully customisable tee where you can add your own image, tagline, and text.
Are your products made to order?
Yes! Every item is printed on demand, just for you. This means we don't hold stock — your order is created fresh after you place it. This also helps us reduce waste. 🌱
Can I customise a product?
Absolutely. Check out our Personalised T-Shirt — you can upload your own image and add a custom tagline or text.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method:
- USA: Economy 4–13 days
Note: These are delivery estimates after production. Please allow additional time for printing (typically 2–7 business days).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates start from $4.29 USD for US orders. Full rates are listed in our Shipping Policy.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If you've made an error, contact us immediately at hello@tooeasygear.com — we'll do our best to help before production begins.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Because our products are made to order, we generally don't accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — just email us at hello@tooeasygear.com with your order number, reason, and photos.
Can I return a personalised or custom item?
Custom and personalised products are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
