Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with TooEasy Gear. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect items are handled.
Made‑to‑Order Products
Most products sold by TooEasy Gear are made to order using print‑on‑demand production. This means items are created specifically for each order and are not stocked in bulk.
Return Window
A return request can be made within 14 days after the item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email hello@tooeasygear.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your return is approved, we will then email you the return shipping address and, if applicable, a prepaid return label and instructions. You cannot return an item until you receive this email.
Any items sent to an address that was not provided in our return‑approval email may be lost or refused and cannot be processed as a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received, contact hello@tooeasygear.com as soon as possible so the issue can be assessed and resolved.
Depending on the issue, the available remedy may include a replacement, store credit, repair, or refund where required.
Non‑Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, the following items are generally non‑returnable:

Custom or personalized products, including made‑to‑order print‑on‑demand items, except where they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Sale items, unless the item is faulty or a remedy is required by law.

Change of Mind
Due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products, change‑of‑mind returns are generally not accepted, except where required by law.
If a change‑of‑mind return is approved as a discretionary exception, the item must meet the eligibility requirements in this policy and be requested within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise advised when the return is approved.
Exchanges
TooEasy Gear does not offer direct exchanges.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, a notification will be sent confirming whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the refund has not appeared, contact hello@tooeasygear.com.
